Great help from the woman working that morning happy, friendly and efficient. She was personable and knowledgeable. Also great prices and my deposit was back in my account a day after the return. Very pleased with the experience.
My rental cost was added to the bill of another business my car was receiving work at, so I expected only to fill out paperwork at Enterprise. I was asked for my CC to hold a deposit that was "not a charge, just a hold". Was indeed charged. Emailed the manager to have situation rectified. She confirmed the charge was in error, and agreed to refund the money. 10 days have passed with no refund. Emailed manager 3 days ago with no response. Just submitted a dispute with my bank. Slimy dealings.

These guys are awesome! I came in right before they closed and they still went above and beyond. They even warmed the car up for me. When I dropped off this morning, Jason even helped me carry my kids car seats to my Lyft drivers car. Great customer service!!
